Montie Beach Park Cleanups: Please consider joining your neighbors on 2nd Saturdays, 8:00 - 10:00 am for our monthly park cleanups at Montie Beach Park. Meet on the west side of the park at the softball bleachers with gloves, bucket, and tools (could include reaching/grabbing tools, rakes, and brooms). Trash bags will be provided. Minimum Lot Size and Minimum Building Line Protection: If you would like to obtain Minimum Lot Size and Minimum Building Line protection for your block under the city’s land development ordinance (Chapter 42) please contact Tim Goings at chapter42@montiebeach.org for an evaluation.
